The Retime tool allows you to adjust the timing of your captions. Use this to precisely time each word or phrase to match the audio.
How to use the Retime tool
- Click on the Retime tool icon in the toolbar.
- Click on the
Start Retimingbutton. - Brevidy will create a new image layer for each word in your captions. It will then place each image layer in your sequence at the current in and out times for each word.
- Shift the word image layers to correctly align with the audio.
- Click on the
Confirmbutton to save your changes orCancelto discard them.
