Integrating with Captions
When working with the Brevidy captioning tool:
- Click the Media Tool button
- Select a segment of captions in the Brevidy panel
- Brevidy will automatically select that time range and suggest relevant keywords
- Search for or browse media that complements that caption segment
- Complete the three-step process to insert media at the selected caption segment
Smart Handling of GIFs and Short Media
Brevidy automatically handles timing issues:
- For GIFs or short clips that need to play longer than their duration, Brevidy creates nested sequences that loop the content
- These nested sequences are correctly timed to match your selected caption segment or placement duration
Media Search Tips
- Be Specific First: Start with specific keywords that precisely match what you need
- Then Broaden: If you don't find what you need, try more general terms
- Use Related Terms: Try synonyms if your initial search doesn't yield good results
- Filter by Provider: Different providers have different styles - experiment to find what works best
- Consider Context: Think about how the media will work with your content when searching
With Brevidy Media's extensive library, you can quickly enhance your content with professional visual elements that would otherwise take hours to incorporate manually.
